Yoga is an ancient practice used to connect mind, body, and spirit which are the three aspects of the self that is being explored while practicing mindfulness.

As we continue this journey and practice together we will be conscious of the way our body feels and how to connect our breath, mind, and spirit while strengthening our body and growing our understanding of the body.

  This is going to be an awesome learning and growing experience. I look forward to sharing my own progress and hearing about yours.
